Turkey and Ham Mornay

• 2 C cooked instant wild rice
• 4 thin slices ham, grilled
• 4 slices cooked turkey or chicken
• 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
• 1/3 C milk
Heat soup with milk, stirring until hot. Do not boil. Place 1/2 C rice on each serving dish. Top with grilled ham and turkey or chicken (canned or packaged). Pour on hot sauce. Place under broiler for a few minutes until bubbling hot.
